Everest Base Camp Trek
The most famous walk in the Himalaya, up through Sherpa country to the foot of the highest mountain on Earth.

From Everest Base Camp to the hidden trails of Mustang, Reet Trails plans safe and unforgettable treks across Nepal, all led by licensed local guides who were born in these mountains.
For us a great trek in Nepal was never only about reaching a summit or a base camp. It is the first light hitting a wall of white peaks, the warm teahouse kitchen at the end of a long walking day, prayer flags moving in the wind, and the friendships you build with the people walking beside you.
Reet Trails is a small, locally owned trekking company based in Kathmandu, run by guides who grew up walking these trails. When you travel with us you get licensed, insured, English speaking guides, honest advice, and all the permits and planning taken care of. Everest Base Camp, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu or a quiet hidden valley, we help you pick the right route and walk it safely.
We started Reet Trails because we felt Nepal deserved trekking done the honest way, with fair prices, fair treatment for our porters, and real care for every guest. That is still why we do it today.

Everything we do is built on safety, honesty and genuine care for the mountains and the people in them.
Our guides grew up here. They are licensed, trained in wilderness first aid and altitude safety, and know every trail you will walk.
Every trek has an altitude aware plan, a full first aid kit, oximeter checks at high camps and a clear emergency plan.
The price we quote is the price you pay. Permits, guides, porters and support are all spelled out, with no surprises on the trail.
Private departures, flexible dates, extra rest days and family friendly pacing. We shape the trek around you, not the other way round.
Fair wages, insurance, sensible load limits and proper gear for every porter and guide. A great trek should be great for them too.
A dedicated coordinator is reachable any time, from the moment you land in Kathmandu until you fly home.
